An introduction from Sárvári, without the Sárpo prefix as the foliage has only moderate blight resistance but the tubers have excellent resistance.
Stunning blue/purple skinned oval tubers with bright white flesh of good flavour for general culinary purpose, larger tubers bake well.
Stunning plant when in flower.
