Belonging to the Brassica family, Kale is naturally packed with health benefits and contains six times more calcium than broccoli as well as being rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals, especially so when freshly picked. These attractive baby leaves have great flavour and are perfect for adding to salads raw as well as for steaming or even frying. Mix includes Dwarf Blue Kale, Scarlet Kale, Red Kale, Cavolo Nero Kale.
