The closest you will get to a true blue Dianthus. A first year flowering perennial with bushy, evergreen foliage that erupts into a sea of mauve blue flowers in late spring. Ideal for borders, containers or rockeries.
Sowing Info
Sow seed in pots on the surface of the compost. Lightly cover seed with vermiculite. Place pots in a propagator or seal inside a polythene bag and place at 21-25C (70-75F) until after germination.
Growing Info
Transplant seedlings into pots when large enough to handle. Plant out after all risk of frost.
