We’re delighted to be celebrating our 50th anniversary in the nursery business. 

There are many rewards that accrue with time, and among them are the close working relationships we’ve developed with plant breeders and suppliers all over the world. Now and then, our horticultural partners offer us select plants that are hard to find or available only in limited quantities. As always, we’re thrilled to offer them to you.

Over that time, we have introduced more new varieties than any other garden supplier in Ireland and this spring is no differ - ent with over 50 new introductions. Many of the varieties we supply are exclusive to Mr Middleton and are only avail - able in small numbers so early ordering is advised. 

Our RDS Open Days have been a big success with many thousands attending. Staging the event was a mighty effort for our small team, of which we are very proud. We have listened to your feedback regarding how packed and uncomfortable the hall can with so many people present on one morning as well as the RDS parking charges.

Therefore, with a heavy heart we have decided to discontinue the Open Day. It’s not all bad news because the decision will allow us to put more time and effort into extending our online shop and our offering in the shop.

We now have a nationwide delivery service, which allows you to shop in person in our Mary St Shop and ask for your goods to be delivered direct to your home.

This spring we will more than double our online range and offer regular ‘how to grow guides’ for the gardening season.
