Navan was one of the first varieties to be bred from Maris Piper, with the intention of replacing Maris Piper. As a result, Navan is an excellent frying variety.
Round to oval tubers showing white skin and creamy coloured flesh and also has good all round disease resistance.
High yielding with superb fry colour. Not surprisingly, already a household favourite here in Ireland.
