Originating in the South of France and yet possibly the most successful hardneck garlic variety for overwintering in the Ireland. Garlic 'Carcassonne Wight' shows good vigour and skin cover with pink coloured cloves that are similar to Garlic 'Lautrec', but arguably superior in bouquet and character. Height: 60cm (24").
