Acer palmatum 'orange dream' has five-petalled lobed leaves that bud a golden-yellow colour with an orange edge.

A very similar cultivar to 'Katsura' in spring and autumn but differs in summer with its lemon-yellow leaves to a spectacular yellow-orange in autumn.

With its maximum size of 3 metres by 3 metres it is best planted in well-drained fertile soil or in a large pot, however in half shade.
