Outstanding and possibly the best bedding marigold gardeners could ever grow. Gorgeous golden yellow blooms with a hint of mahogany in the centre of each anemone like flower, smother bushy, basal branching plants in borders or containers.
Sowing Info
Sow seed in pots on the surface of the compost and lightly cover with vermiculite or compost. Place the pots in a propagator or seal inside a polythene bag and keep at around 21-25C (70-75F) until the seeds germinate. This will take about 7-21 days. Do not exclude light as this helps germination.
Growing Info
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3in) pots. Plant out when all risk of frost has gone about 30cm (12in) apart.
