Sowing Info
Sow seed into individual pots or root trainers on the surface of the compost. Cover the seed with 1cm (1⁄2in) of compost or vermiculite. Place pots in a propagator or seal inside a polythene bag and place at 21-25C (70-75F) until after germination. Plant out once large enough to handle 30cm (12in) apart when the pots are full of roots. If sowing in spring, sow as above and place the pots in a propagator or seal inside a polythene bag and keep at a temperature around 20-25C (68-77F) until the seeds germinate. This will take about 7-21 days. Do not exclude light as this helps germination.
