I find this excellent in keeping both insects out and slugs. It is necessary to be careful not to catch the net in shady objects, wood or nail as the mesh pull and the gaps appear within the mesh..it doesn't tear so much as drag. But a great success as the plants even small ones push the netting up.

Enviromesh is the answer to the problems I had with birds taking my fruit before I could harvest it. Enviromesh is particularly good because the birds don't get caught in the netting as this was a problem with other brands. It is also heavy enough to sit down well on the fruit with just some anchoring. It is worth the expense. 10 out of 10.

This is so useful--its light and can be cut to size if needs be--it doesnt fray. It not only protects my veg from bugs but also from 7 cats , 9 pheasants, a large number of birds and the odd sheep who wanders in from time to time. I also use it to protect flower seeds/ seedlings from the cats who dig every where . I also pop the tortoise into the veg patch--with the mesh over him he can eat in safety. I couldnt garden without this product. 10 out of 10!!!!
